Marion is a business administrator from the Universidad Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, specialist in Senior Management, currently pursuing a specialization in Financial Management, has studies in Human Resources, Salary Administration, Labor Law, Big Data and Excel.

He has extensive knowledge in budget management and follow-up in agro-industrial companies.

He has 12 years of experience in administrative management and focus on the structure, control and management of costs and expenses, financial resources, budget compliance, identification of deviations, cost reduction plans under benchmarking models, control strategies and improvement of operational and economic efficiency and feasibility analysis of projects in compliance with corporate strategy.

He has managed in a systematic and measurable way the processes of purchasing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring compliance with supply times. In addition, he has led the management of fixed assets in accordance with NIFF standards and tax statutes, invoicing and projection of supplier payments ensuring the best management of available financial resources. She has also led payroll settlement and approval processes, labor cost tracking, selection processes, training and development with strategies and plans that leverage the strategy.

He has focused on the implementation of actions and improvement of the processes under his responsibility, aligned with compliance with the requirements of sustainability certifications and/or integrated management systems (IMS) such as RSPO (Rountable Sustainability Palm Oil), HACCP, KOSHER and ISO 14001.
