Psychologist graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, specialized in leading social and environmental projects. Currently, I work as Deputy Director of Projects at Movilizatorio, where I have had the privilege of working for four years, leading environmental impact initiatives focused on energy transition and sustainable mobility. I also have extensive experience in social causes, such as anti-polarization strategies, the fight against misinformation and youth mobilization. I have addressed these causes working with relevant partners such as the Ford Foundation, the National Endowment for Democracy, the European Climate Foundation and the Open Society Foundation, among others.

In my role, I excel at weaving citizen networks around collective environmental causes, implementing models that leave installed capacity, designing governance systems and developing strategies to execute and monitor effective communication and advocacy campaigns.

With more than nine years of professional experience, I have worked with private companies, social organizations and educational institutions. As a psychologist, I have competencies in psychosocial support and work with communities, with the objective of leaving capacities installed in people in conditions of vulnerability through the implementation of methodologies such as the systematization of experiences and participatory action research.

Education is another of my great passions, which has led me to advise teachers in the design and transformation of school curricula. Currently, I am a partner in the educational venture Programa Tú, where I have been providing personalized educational accompaniment with an innovative pedagogical model for more than 12 years. My time in the private sector has also provided me with significant experience in qualitative market research, service measurement and customer experience. I am a passionate cyclist and am fluent in Spanish and English.

I firmly believe that stories and articulation can lead to the positive transformations we need. I invite all voices fighting for social and environmental justice to connect with Movilizatorio and write a new collective story.
