I am an anthropologist from the Universidad de los Andes and a master’s student in Interdisciplinary Development Studies, with more than seven years of experience leading projects in peace, human rights and environment. Currently, I lead mETamorfosis, a project of Movilizatorio that promotes the Energy Transition (ET) in Colombia, and act as the organization’s liaison in the Energy Power Latam Alliance, an initiative that seeks to promote energy transition in the region and position Latin America as a reference for the world, through collaboration, knowledge transfer and regional advocacy.
I have complementary training in public policy formulation and design thinking, which strengthens my ability to design and implement innovative strategies for social impact. I have worked on initiatives related to the Sustainable Development Goals(Planet SDGs), developing projects for clients such as UNDP and IOM.
I am co-founder of the NGO Valientes Colombia, where I have coordinated emblematic projects against child trafficking and sexual exploitation. My work at Valientes also includes advocacy on key bills, such as the prohibition of child marriage and the recognition of grooming as a crime, among other legislative efforts that seek to protect children’s rights and promote safe environments.
I am passionate about knowledge management, so I specialize in the use of data analysis tools, systematization of experiences and community training in conflict resolution and local governance. I strongly believe in the power of research and data as catalysts for social transformation. My work focuses on amplifying the voices of people in diverse contexts, ensuring that their perspectives are recognized in decision-making spaces.
With a strategic and collaborative approach, I promote actions that generate sustainable and equitable social change.
