My focus is on building connections that drive positive change Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management at Esade Business & Law School in Barcelona, where I am delving into how to create sustainable and equitable solutions to global challenges. Prior to this, I obtained a double degree in Anthropology and Political Science at Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota.
My professional experience covers both the social and political sectors. At Movilizatorio, I work as Strategic Alliances Coordinator, overseeing the implementation and monitoring of key alliances, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization’s objectives. I serve as a bridge, both within the organization and with external actors, ensuring cooperation and alignment. In my role I manage to contribute so that different parties manage to coincide and find common ground that can generate beneficial results for society.
Prior to joining Movilizatorio, I worked at the Hanns Seidel Foundation as a Project Assistant, leading a project focused on migration and developing an integrated monitoring and evaluation system that improved decision making and accountability. I was also Project Manager at the Abraham Romero Foundation, where I managed the construction of a rural health center, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring efficient project execution. In addition, I co-founded Xue Investments, a startup that focused on solar panel projects for residential condominiums. This role allowed me to develop skills in logistical planning, and resource management in early stages of business growth.
I am passionate about connecting ideas and resources to generate a positive impact on society, and enjoy working on projects that promote inclusion and sustainability. I am also a DJ with a passion for electronic music, a passion that has led me to travel the world.
