In a world where many voices have been historically marginalized or silenced and being an Afro woman, born in Quibdó, Chocó, I firmly believe that it is essential to create spaces where all people can express themselves and be heard.
I am a Social Worker from the University of Antioquia and I am currently pursuing a specialization in Development Projects at the Escuela Superior de Administración Pública (ESAP). As a social manager for more than 8 years, linked to educational and cultural processes with Afro, indigenous and mestizo communities, I have advised and accompanied the construction of projects and social processes focused on participation and advocacy.
It has been a great motivation for me to work in the implementation of critical programs, workshops and trainings, towards leadership, communication and project management, allowing participants to take an active role in their communities and contribute to their own development.
In my current role at Movilizatorio, I have the opportunity to guide initiatives designed to empower young people, promoting their autonomy and active engagement in social development.
Your voice and your action are fundamental to building an inclusive and equitable future, where every person has the opportunity to contribute to the collective well-being. We invite you to join our transformative initiatives and be part of the change.
