What is it?
Project financed by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) that seeks to strengthen the work of social leaders and the creation of protocols and personalized strategies for the prevention and protection against violent attacks, according to their individual, organizational and territorial needs.
Challenge
Strengthen the work of social leaders, encouraging citizen participation in the protection and prevention of attacks through offline and online protection strategies.
Strategy
We developed a methodology for the design and co-creation of offline security protocols with communities and leaders. This initiative included the creation of a support network and the implementation of online strategies, such as the development of the OJO application, an anonymous early warning system created directly from the territory.
