Movilizatorio carried out a consulting process for the Estoy con Manizales initiative to build its work strategy in the city in the coming years. In this way, advice was provided in the design of its strategic planning, organizational structure and work methodology with its different allies and stakeholders.
After 10 years of work and due to its relevance within the different public-private instances, the I am with Manizales initiative needed to rethink its strategy and added value for the city of Manizales. Thus, Movilizatorio was an ally for the initiative in its process of renewing its value proposition to the citizens of Manizales.
We gathered the visions of different strategic allies, developed an assessment of them and proposed a series of actions and recommendations that would add Movilizatorio’s experience in the development of multi-stakeholder dialogue platforms. Finally, we provided advice on strategy and methodologies in key processes in the city.
