I am a business administration student, where I specialize in resource management and organizational development. My training has allowed me to acquire a strategic approach to optimize processes and lead teams efficiently. In addition, I have a technical degree in foreign trade, which has given me a solid foundation in logistics and international trade, and has allowed me to understand the global dynamics of business. This combination of studies has given me a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities at both the administrative and trade levels.

One of my most important achievements has been to design a talent management system focused on employee wellbeing and speeding up the hiring process. This approach not only improved the integration of new employees, but also boosted engagement and productivity, creating a more efficient and positive work environment.

Currently, I am an Administrative and Human Talent Strategist at Movilizatorio, where what I enjoy most is driving the growth of teams and ensuring that each person feels valued. My passion lies in creating strategies that not only generate results, but also build an organizational culture focused on the well-being and development of employees.
