María Pinto is a graphic designer from the Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano, focused on the design of graphic identity, illustration and editorial design.
The phrase from which his graphic work starts is “take an idea, transform it and synthesize it from the light” in her projects, color exerts the main expressive force, generating great contrasts. She has the ability to propose different graphic solutions within the visual and communicative fields in analog and digital environments.
She believes that design is the tool with which one can generate a visual impact and make a contribution to the world, she considers that the approach to editorial design for children is a natural way of learning and that the importance of motivating creativity, awakening the taste for knowledge in a different context, generating contacts with other worlds and transmitting emotion through certain graphic pieces must be transmitted to the greatest, that is why illustrated books are the main tool for the development of their creative work and growth, staff who always seek to generate an experience.
