I am a sociologist from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with emphasis in development theories (2016) and I have a postgraduate degree in strategic management for innovation within the same university (2020). My main areas of work and academic performance have been related to social research, logistics coordination, consulting, methodology design and management, project management and direction. As a result of these studies, I have experience in field work leading processes linked to social change.
I worked as an assistant researcher at the Observatory of Restitution and Regulation of Agrarian Property Rights of the Institute of Political Studies and International Relations (IEPRI, National University of Colombia). Subsequently, I joined Fundación Proyecto de Vida where I led the creation of diagnostics and context analysis of the project’s beneficiary populations (Soacha, Usaquén and Ciudad Bolívar) in order to design program contents adjusted to their real needs. After this experience I had an active participation in the co-creation of the methodology “Ideas De La Calle”, a mechanism designed for the collection, systematization and articulation of citizen proposals that would later be included in the government plan of the then presidential candidate Humberto de La Calle.
I am currently Project Director at Movilizatorio after having served as Strategy Leader, Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Strategist. I speak Spanish and English.
