Business administrator, marketing specialist and master in business innovation. She has more than 20 years of professional experience as a teacher, entrepreneur, consultant in innovation and development of business models, general manager and project manager.

It has skills for entrepreneurship, management of alliances and projects with public and private sectors; development of the Self, innovative culture, conflict resolution, transparency and accountability.

He began his professional career in project management, leading strategies for the development of new products and services. She had the opportunity to lead her own consulting firm in the development of innovation processes and methodologies, new business development and innovative culture, working with companies, universities and public and private institutions in Colombia. She served as deputy director of the Mi Sangre Foundation, leading the administrative and financial management of the organization and its projects, strategy and control of activities related to the mission of the Foundation. She led a USAID program in partnership with the private sector in Colombia, whose objective was to contribute to inclusive and sustainable rural economic development in the Bajo Cauca region of Antioquia. For more than 3 years, she was responsible for leading the institutional relationship, strategic planning and the direction, supervision and control of the activities related to the missionary, administrative and financial work of the Alliance.

In Movilizatorio she leads the institutional area, contributing her experience in financial and administrative matters, strategic planning, alliances and project management, to continue promoting the importance of the role of citizens and to empower them as leaders and agents of change.

Its purpose in life is to contribute to creating a more just and equitable society that generates social development, strengthening people’s potential to transform themselves and their environment.
