I am a business administrator, marketing specialist and master in business innovation. I have more than 20 years of professional experience as a teacher, entrepreneur, consultant in innovation and business model development, general manager and project manager.

I started my professional career in project management, leading strategies for the development of new products and services. I had the opportunity to run my own consulting firm in the development of innovation processes and methodologies, new business development and innovative culture where I worked with companies, universities and public and private institutions in Colombia. I then served as deputy director of the Mi Sangre Foundation and there I led the administrative and financial management of the organization and its projects and the strategy and control of the activities related to the mission of the Foundation. I led a USAID program in partnership with the private sector in Colombia, whose objective was to contribute to inclusive and sustainable rural economic development in the Bajo Cauca region of Antioquia. For more than 3 years, I had the responsibility of leading the institutional relationship, strategic planning and the direction, supervision and control of the activities related to the missionary, administrative and financial work of the Alliance.

In Movilizatorio I lead the institutional area, contributing my experience in financial and administrative matters, strategic planning, alliances and project management, to continue promoting the importance of the role of citizenship and to empower them as leaders and agents of change.

My purpose in life is to contribute to create a more just and equitable society that generates social development, strengthening the potential of people to transform themselves and their environment.
